Research Overview

I am a multidisciplinary researcher with a PhD in Biosystems Engineering and expertise in spectroscopy, hyperspectral imaging, artificial intelligence, machine learning, chemometrics, and advanced data analysis. My research spans biomedical spectroscopy, agri-food quality assessment, plant phenotyping, X-ray CT imaging, and sustainability. I currently work at 抖阴APP导航 on Spatially Offset Raman Spectroscopy (SORS) for musculoskeletal applications. My previous research includes AI-based aphid detection, hyperspectral assessment of cocoa, X-ray CT analysis of wheat, IoT-driven smart food systems, and carbon-footprint modelling. I have extensive experience developing analytical methods using MATLAB, Python, machine learning, deep learning, and chemometrics.
