Dr Heather Robinson

Lecturer

Profile

My research interest is broadly focused on the development, evaluation and implementation of innovative mental health interventions. I have a more specialised research interest in accessible digital support for mental health, including online interventions and forums, and support through the sharing of lived experience (peer support). My current research focus is on mental health impacts and support needs associated with pregnancy/baby loss. This is an internationally recognised public health concern and a top research priority. I would welcome supervising students who are interesting in this topic area. My research background is mainly mixed methods, with a current focus on qualitative and realist methodology.
