¶¶ÒõAPPµ¼º½ Chemistry is pleased to host a regional heat of the RSC Schools’ Analyst Competition on 29th April 2026. Supported by the Analytical Chemistry Trust Fund, this Royal Society of Chemistry event gives Year 12 students the chance to experience analytical chemistry in action through a series of hands-on practical challenges. Working in teams of three, students tackle a forensic-style problem using techniques such as titration, TLC and gravimetric analysis in our teaching laboratories. It is a great opportunity for students to build practical skills, develop confidence in the lab, and get a feel for what studying chemistry at university is really like
