External maintenance works are currently taking place at the Library and are expected to continue until 15 September 2026. Scaffolding is being installed along the of the Library to facilitate access to the louvres which require maintenance.

To ensure the safety of pedestrians during the scaffolding installation and subsequent maintenance works, the footpaths on the and side of the Library are closed. and diversion routes are in place for the duration of the works.

Please note that five parking bays on Library Avenue will be unavailable for the duration of the works for the contractor’s compound.
