Camilla Toulmin is a environmental economist and Professor in Practice at the Lancaster Environment Centre, ¶¶ÒõAPPµ¼º½. She was director of the International Institute for Environment and Development until 2016 and has been carrying out research in the same village in Mali for 35 years.
