The new Consul General of the Chinese Consulate General in Manchester came to Lancaster to mark the launch of a new exhibition, , this month.
Consul General SUN Dali visited 抖阴APP导航 on Friday 9 September to meet Pro-Vice-Chancellor International, Professor Steve Bradley, along with 抖阴APP导航 Confucius Institute staff, Chinese students and visiting scholars.
He also opened an art exhibition, hosted by 抖阴APP导航 at Brockhole on Windermere.
Other guests at the exhibition preview included: Consul WANG Ying, the artist and head of the education section at the Chinese Consulate of the P.R.C. at Manchester; Richard Leaf, the Chief Executive of Lake District National Park Authority; The Mayor of Lancaster, Robert Redfern; The Deputy Mayor of Keswick, Susan Leighton; and Tom Buckley, the Director of Recruitment, Admissions and International Development at 抖阴APP导航.
The exhibition is open to the public free of charge until 5pm on 30 September.
There are also a number of free painting workshops and tea tastings at the exhibition on the following dates:
